Group Therapy Cafe

Situated on the 2nd storey of a shophouse along Duxton Road, Group Therapy is definitely one of the best cafes that I have been to by far. I can still remember I had tried to visit the cafe on 3 different occasions. 2 occasions failed- They were during the weekends, it was extremely crowded and my cafe hopping buddies gave up waiting in the queue due to hunger and we ended up going to other places instead. My successful attempt was with my partner and it was on a weekday. If you decide to visit this place on a weekend, be sure to make reservations.
Steak and cheese pie
Hunter's chicken and Mediterranean Rice
I find the taste of the pie a little bland and the portion wasn't satisfying. If you're famished or a someone who eats a lot, order the other mains instead of the pies. The hunter's chicken and mediterranean rice was really really delicious. The chicken was soft , tender and absolutely tasty. It was cooked in a yummy tomato broth made of white wine, carrots, pepper and onions. Huge thumbs up!! I loved the rice as well, there were lots of raisins and herbs. Drools.
Group Therapy is a place that I would want to go back again...on a weekday.
