My partner made a reservation at La Brezza, an Italian restaurant at St. Regis Orchard for our anniversary this year.

My partner ordered the Pan-seared seabass (Branzino) while I wanted to try smoked pork and lamb rack (Agnello). There is nothing special about the fish, very typical dish. I preferred the Agnello and the brown gravy on the meat was fantastic. The white sauce was a bit cold, too creamy and bland for me. This place is extremely pricey and I would only recommend it for special occasions such as anniversaries and valentine's day.
